Emily Conroy

Emily joined Boston Common Asset Management in 2026 as a Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations.

Prior to joining Boston Common, she spent more than 15 years with the Beth Israel Lahey Health Investment Office, where she supported the hospital’s investment portfolio and endowment through a range of back- and middle-office functions. She also held fund administration positions at State Street Corporation and Alter Domus.

Emily earned her BA from Bryant University and her MBA from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, staying active outdoors or relaxing at the beach.
