Kevin leads the Marketing team and works in collaboration with multiple internal teams in developing and guiding BCAM’s Marketing strategy and communicating the firm’s impact in reshaping corporate behavior. He contributes to and oversees the production of thought leadership content, social media strategy, visual and narrative brand identity, and collateral production and design, communicating the impactful work that is central to the firm’s mission. He has been involved in BCAM’s Marketing efforts since first joining the firm in 2014 when his responsibilities were split between Relationship Management and Marketing.

Prior to joining Boston Common, Kevin spent six years at Putnam Investments holding multiple roles, including 2+ years as a Training & Development Specialist. He was a member of the 2020 cohort of Lead Boston, an inclusive leadership development program through YW Boston designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, and network to analyze and combat root causes of diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges.

Outside of the office, Kevin can often be found (or lost) exploring backcountry trails, surfing New England’s icy waters, careening down the region’s mountains, and immersing himself in writing, art, and design. He has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of South Australia, Adelaide, SA.
